Preventative maintenance will reduce the cost of your electricity bill and cut down on costly repairs. Some simple things like changing your filters, cleaning your outdoor unit, drain lines, and fan blades, will reduce more costly repairs such as replacing new floors from water leaks, replacing fan motors from unbalanced fan blades, and deteriorating outdoor coils.

We do offer service agreements. Some businesses have us come out every month to do filter changes, drain clean outs, and system testing. Other customers have us come out to their residential properties twice a year. We have many payment options to fit your needs also, from monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual payments.

We charge $75 to come out and diagnose a system. This covers the first hour of labor. If the issue takes longer than an hour to resolve, we give you an estimate on what it would cost to repair. If the estimate is $250 for example, the $75 would be included in the $250 price. If someone does not opt to do the repair then the only fee is the $75.

We recommend that you check them often and replace them before they are filthy. They make so many different types such as, activated carbon filters, pleated filters, fiberglass filters, that an expert would have to visit your home to determine which is best. We must check the size of the system and the size of the filter grills to see which filter option is best suited for you.
